01 / Operator and scope

02 / Marketplace role
We source or arrange resale inventory and may act as merchant of record, broker, or disclosed agent depending on the offer. The applicable role, seller identity where legally required, seat restrictions, ticket type, and total price must be shown before payment.
03 / Requests and orders
Submitting a request does not reserve inventory, create a binding sale, or authorise a charge. We first re-check availability and price. An order becomes binding only when you accept the final offer and payment is successfully authorised.
04 / Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration, contact and payment details, be legally capable of contracting, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Account applications may be reviewed before access is enabled; submission does not guarantee approval. Giveaways, discounts and alerts may have separate eligibility and promotional terms. You may not scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, or use automated purchasing tools without written permission.
05 / Ticket information
Event times and admission rules can change. You are responsible for checking organiser and venue requirements, including age, identification, bag, accessibility, supporter-zone, and mobile-device rules. We will disclose known restrictions in a clear form before payment.
06 / Acceptable use
Do not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate others, test stolen payment instruments, bypass limits, or disrupt the service. We may refuse or cancel activity reasonably associated with fraud, sanctions, abuse, or legal risk.
07 / Intellectual property
The Vivld Events interface, original copy, data structure, and branding belong to us or our licensors. Team, league, venue, and event names belong to their respective owners; their display does not imply endorsement.
08 / Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect loss, travel or accommodation, or organiser actions outside our control. Any mandatory consumer remedy in your jurisdiction prevails over an inconsistent limitation here.
09 / Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively. The version accepted at order time governs that order. Governing law and forum will be identified in the final checkout terms and cannot remove mandatory protections applicable to you.
